Making things
Posted by Hannah
As I enjoy making things so much, I thought I’d add a page to update with pictures of some of my favourite creations.
Voila!
With the summer holidays and all, I’ve had more time do get back to the things I enjoy i.e. Making things! Here’s one of my latest experiments. The lady in The Birmingham Beadshop said she liked it and I got really chuffed.

I found some little toy ponies and immediately saw the potential for some awesomely kitsch jewellery, this is what I came up with. It was sold within two days of going up on Etsy : )

I popped round some charity shops for cheap, but hopefully awesome, jewellery inspiration, that would also be helping people in the process. I came across a Power Rangers jigsaw puzzle for about 75p. With some gluing and sticking, some hole punching and a bit of a raid of my jewellery making boxes, I made this…

Last time I visited Kirsten in Leicester we also went to an awesome nearby toy shop and I found a box of Pirate lego men. As I don’t play with lego much any more, again, I made necklaces out of them…

These three are all brooches. The last picture is one I made for my friend Roisin’s birthday recently.

I love it when strange things like this happen to myself, but yeah, nice to meet you Hannah, nice name, nice site, and a nice coincidence in my view (: <3
